THE TEAM

As designers and a collective, our deep-seated desire is to serve communities and foster the creation

of healthy and sustainable organizations. Our mission is to build bridges between commerce and higher purpose and strive to embody this ethos in everything we do. We aim to infuse our design work with purpose and meaning. By doing so, we hope to contribute to the greater good, forging connections between people and communities and building sustainable organizations that serve the common good.

Kimberly Jamerson

Kimberly Jamerson leads design integration across ALAYA’sanctuaries, ensuring harmony between architecture, ecology, and human experience.  As founder of a boutique design firm in Colorado who has projects all over the world, she is adept at

finding and collaborating with local artisans. She is known for creating intentional, people-centered spaces that honor both beauty and sustainability. Through ALAYA, she’s cultivating a movement for heart-centered, transformational design—uniting creativity, collaboration, and well-being to help build more regenerative built environments.
